Although we specialize in MS, we still infuse many different medications for many reasons. We have an extremely fast PA turn around time, and can infuse same day steroids if needed. You can send us your the order for your patient one of two ways. You can either go to the form and print/download it, then fax us the completed form, most recent two progress notes, demographic information, their insurance cards, and their ID to (720) 615-4848. Or, you can fill out the form and attach everything right there in IntakeQ if fax is not preferred. We will handle the rest! Please see our order form HERE.
